TENDRING, COST MANAGEMENT, & PROCUREMENT

Tendering, which we are experts in, refers to the process of soliciting bids from contractors or suppliers for the completion of a construction project. This typically involves the preparation of detailed specifications and drawings that outline the scope of work to be performed, as well as the materials and equipment that will be required. Once the tender documents have been prepared, they are then sent out to potential contractors or suppliers for bidding. The bids are then evaluated, and a detailed tender report is prepared for the client, which includes all the necessary information for them to make an informed decision, such as the price, experience, and qualifications of each contractor or supplier.

Cost Management, another area of expertise for us, refers to the process of controlling and monitoring the costs associated with a construction project. This includes developing a budget, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that the project stays within budget. Cost management also includes monitoring the costs of materials, equipment, and labor, as well as identifying and mitigating any cost overruns or variances. We also play a key role in procurement, which includes the process of acquiring the materials, equipment, and services needed to complete a construction project. This includes identifying the materials and equipment that will be required from both UAE and international sources, determining the best sources for those materials and equipment, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors. Procurement also includes managing the delivery and storage of materials and equipment and ensuring that they are of the required quality and quantity.
