Service Agreement
- Introduction
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Eleanor Projects FZE (“Company”) and the Client (“Client”) for the provision of project management, design, and consulting services. By entering this Agreement, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein. - Scope of Services
The Company will provide professional services as specified in the agreed Scope of Work document. Services include project planning, site management, quality control, and other tasks essential for successful project completion. - Responsibilities of the Client
The Client shall provide the Company with access to necessary project sites, documentation, and personnel to facilitate the service delivery. Any delays resulting from the Client’s inaction may impact the project timeline. - Fees and Payment Terms
Fees for services will be detailed in the attached invoice. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees as per the terms outlined. - Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. The Company shall only use project data for service fulfillment purposes unless prior consent is obtained from the Client. - Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client under this Agreement. - Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice, provided that any outstanding fees for services rendered will remain due
