Hamad Zeyad is a distinguished Project Management professional with a diverse background in architecture, engineering, and construction management. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering from the German Jordanian University and further expanded his expertise by studying at FH Erfurt in Germany, where he also completed a hands-on architectural internship.

His professional journey took him to Abu Dhabi, where he worked as a consultant for luxury villas and commercial buildings, assuming roles as a designer and site supervisor. Hamad also managed a family development project, acting as the client, consultant, and contractor, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.

Hamad later relocated to Dubai as the head of project management for Settles Create, specializing in ultra-luxury villas. He transformed the department, turning challenges into successes and earning client recommendations for consistently delivering high-quality projects on time.

In 2022, Hamad founded Eleanor Projects (EP), driven by his passion for excellence in project management and a commitment to providing top-tier services for ultra-luxury villas in Dubai. Hamad holds a PMP certification and a FIDIC contracts certification, is fluent in three languages, and has collaborated with high-profile clients throughout his career.
