CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATION

As part of our Contracts Administration service, we will prepare and review the FIDIC-based contracts to ensure that they are comprehensive and accurately reflect the scope of work, timelines, and budget for the project. We will also ensure that the contracts are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 

Once the contracts are in place, we will monitor the contractors' performance and compliance with the terms of the contract throughout the duration of the project. This includes ensuring that the contractors are adhering to the project schedule, budget, and quality standards, and addressing any issues or deviations from the contract as they arise. 

Our role is also to protect the client's interests by identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues that may impact the project and by managing any claims or disputes that may arise during the project. We will work closely with the client and the contractors to resolve any issues and ensure that the project is completed to the client's satisfaction. 

Overall, Our contracts administration service as project managers is to ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the contract terms and that all parties are satisfied with the outcome while protecting the client's interest.
